Acetate and Shrink Plastic
Have you tried shrink plastic yet? Well if you have then you'll know what fun it can be - if you're nervous then we have a video that shows you what's what. All the colours are great - it's fun to experiment with all of them, my favourite being the clear ... but it really depends on the ink and the finished effect that you want. The best ink pad for stamping on shrink plastic is Staz-on in my opinion.

Don't mix this up with the thin acetate that is not even as sturdy as paper. These sheets are heavyweight and more like thin card. I find this weight far easier to work with when making acetate sandwiches with pressed flowers. They seem to attract less static and make it simpler to work with - give them a try and see ...please note you can't run these through a printer - you'll need printable inkjet acetate for that

This film is a heat embossable acetate. It works excellently, I have used it today to double check - just don't burn it to pieces - be gentle with it and you will get some stunning results - using ordinary acetate for embossing usually results in a pile of melted plastic - so it's important to have the right product so have fun - the possibilities are endless. Please note you can't run these through a printer -

My favourite, because I like the finished shrinky image to be see through where it isn't stamped or coloured, but that's probably not the best reason for buying it ....
