Fashion Boutique - Card 1
This fan card is one of my favourites. There's a selection of ready printed fan blades for you to print out in the 3D project section (with handbags and hat boxes).
I printed out the blades on matt thin card and then used a sakura clear glaze pen to highlight the flowers on this design. The blades all hold together by threading a tassel through the holes - but there are instructions on the cd.
