NB If you are using a border punch please check that your card is not too thick for the punch

Step One

Using Gentle Gloss photo paper print out one landscape topper and two sentiments. It explains on the CD how to capture a single image and import it into a word processing programme. It also explains how to use the interactive facility to type your greeting on the sentiment. You are also able to change the font colour and style.

Mount the topper and the sentiments onto gold mirri card. When mounted the landscape orientation topper should measure no larger than 14.3cms x 9.8cms and the sentiments 7.2cms square. If you use different sizes you will need to adjust the dimensions of the card. (See picture)

Step Two

Cut a piece of A4 250gsm card 29.7cms x 10.5cms. In landscape orientation, score a vertical line 7.4cms in from both side edges. (See picture)

Step Three

Using the Martha Stewart Lattice border punch, punch along the left and right side edges. If you are not using a border punch, there is a matching border in the Frames and Borders section on the CD which can be used as an alternative decoration.

On the two side panels (gatefolds) measure and cut on three sides a tab 7.2cms long x 3.1cms wide. Score the inner 7.2cms side of the tab. This tab should be the same length as the sentiment. The tab should not overlap the punched border and should be 1.6cms from the top and 1.7cms from the bottom edges of the card. (See picture)

Step Four

Open out the card and fix the topper to the centre section. Fold the side tabs inwards. Apply double sided tape to both tabs and check that the sentiment toppers fit into the opening. Fix the sentiment toppers to the tabs, aligning the side edge of the topper up to the side edge of the tab - as shown by the * on the tabs and sentiment. (See picture).
