Materials
2 A4 Sheets Stardream Card - I used Citrine.
1 or 2 A4 Sheets of JS Gentle Gloss Photo Paper.
1 A4 Sheet JS Mirri Card - I used Black.
1 A4 sheet of 160gsm thin card.
Sticky Stuff - I used Double Sided Tape, Red Liner Tape and Pinflair Glue Gel.
Peel-off Sentiment.
JS Nostalgia Collection 2 CD Set - I used an image from CD1.
Step One
Using Gentle Gloss photo paper print out a set of images from the Nostalgia CD 1.
This card uses the largest image and two of the thumbnail size images.
If you wish to decoupage (one extra layer) the aeroplane, you will need one extra large image.
Mount the largest image onto black mirri card. The finished topper should measure approximately 17.5cms x 12cms. Optional, cut out the aeroplane and mount onto the topper.
Mount two of the thumbnail images onto black mirri card. They should measure approximately 4.5cms x 4.5cms.
Using 160gsm thin card, print out the matching backing paper.
Step Two
Cut a piece of Stardream card 28cms x 14cms for the card outer "A", and measure, mark and score as shown.
Step Four
Cut a piece of Stardream card 29.7cms x 14cms for the card inner "B", and measure, mark and score as shown.
Step Six
Attach Red liner tape to the underside of the flange on card inner "B" and attach to card outer "A" as shown.
Step Eight
Stick the large topper onto the front of card inner "B".
Attach red liner tape to the inside of the half gate on card outer "A".
Join half gates"A" and "B" together.
Step Nine
Cut two pieces of backing paper 6cms x 12.5cms and mount onto black mirri card measuring 6.5cms x 13cms.
Attach a small thumbnail image to each topper.
